When does Fidelity send a 1099?
Fidelity publishes what a consolidated 1099 contains, and that a 1099-DA arrives in early 2026 for 2025 digital-asset sales. A retail release calendar was not on the public pages we could read.

What the company published for a specific season
Fidelity’s retail tax pages do not list wave dates without a login. An advisor-channel schedule, which Fidelity says does not cover every account type, lists February 17, 2026 as the reporting deadline for certain 1099-DIV and 1099-B forms. Fidelity’s form guide says a 1099-DA is issued in early 2026 if you sold digital assets with a broker in 2025.
